The E-470 permit process is based on the E-470 Public Highway Authority Permit Manual. Any type of access or construction will be performed in accordance with this document.
The Authority utilizes the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System for its procurement and bid opportunities. A request for a quote, proposal, information and qualifications, as well as an invitation to bid will be channeled through this website.
